PMS / Premenstrual Syndrome

PMS refers to physical and emotional symptoms that occur in the one to two weeks before a woman's period.

 

There are more than 200 symptoms associated with PMS that vary from woman to woman however the most common symptoms include:

  • constipation/diarrhea

  • swollen or tender breasts
